BP was once again forced to up their estimate of how many gallons of oil are flowing out of their oil geyser in the Gulf of Mexico everyday. This is at least the fifth time they’ve had to change their guess, but just 2 years ago they were bragging that they had developed technology to determine the exact flow of oil from a well.
