Countries in the European Union are working on implementing a financial transaction tax that would charge a fraction of a cent for every stock trade. Here in the United States, the push for a financial transaction tax has been met with harsh opposition, but the benefits far outweigh the cost. Ring of Fire’s Mike Papantonio speaks with Taylor Lincoln from Public Citizen about how this would work.
