Republicans have confused the 2nd Amendment to the degree that they believe it gives them the authority to carry any type of weapon they want into any place in America. That couldn’t be any further from the truth, but the new crop of Open Carry laws are making their dream a reality. Ring of Fire’s Mike Papantonio talks about this with Elliot Fineman, president and CEO of the Gun Victims Action Council.
