Jack Keane is a former military General who frequently appears on Fox News to blow the battle horns and call for full-scale military action against ISIS. There are many like him including retired General Anthony Zinni and Fran Townsend, formerly of the Bush administration, reported The Nation.

What separates this group from the likes of others pushing for another needless war is that this group has ties to the American military industrial complex. Keane was an adviser to Academi (formerly known as Blackwater) and a board member with military vehicle maker General Dynamics.

Zinni was also a board member for a defense company, BAE Systems’ US subsidiary, and Townsend has appeared on TV supporting increased military intervention in Iraq. Along with once being a member of the Bush administration, Townsend works with defense company holdings.
