New tapes have been released that highlight a systemic problem in the Federal Reserve called “Capture.” Capture is when a federal regulator becomes too friendly, too cozy with the institution(s) it is supposed to be regulating. Friend of the show Thom Hartmann interviewed Richard Eskow to discuss the problems plaguing the Federal Reserve and what hope their is for breaking up these all-too-comfortable friendships between the regulators and the regulated.
