Old rape allegations against comedian Bill Cosby have resurfaced, leading to Cosby to cancel appearances on The Late Show with David Letterman and The Queen Latifah Show. Rush Limbaugh, as he always does, inserted himself into the controversy, saying on his radio program that Cosby is being targeted by the media because of his criticisms of black culture.
