Conservatives absolutely love conspiracy theories. Sandy Rios, of anti-LGBT group the American Family Association, has begun saying that President Obama slipped Islamic, subliminal messages into his State of the Union speech, reported Addicting Info.
“The president prefers, defers to the Islamic world, he defers to the Islamic extremists in the Muslim World,” said Rios. “The other thing he said that I caught, he has done this before, you know there are five pillars of Islam, and used the term “pillars” again in his speech.”
Rios made the insane comments yesterday morning on her radio show while attempting to analyze the president’s State of the Union speech from the night before. Rios probably thought she was completely brilliant for connecting some obscure word from a 90-minute speech to some delusion about Obama wanting to undermine America with Islam.
