Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker’s (R) understanding of ISIS was called into question when he said he could take on the terrorist group because he took on protesters. Walker has made it clear that he does not understand ISIS at all with his new comparison: ISIS is like a computer virus.
Computer viruses do not brainwash children, rape women, and kill entire villages; ISIS does. Wiping out ISIS would be far more complex than scrubbing a computer’s hard drive.
