After 54 years, diplomatic relations between the United States and Cuba have been restored as the Cuban Embassy in Washington D.C. reopened its doors. Republicans and Batista’s Cuban exiles are silenced as history is made and progress wins. Amy Goodman of Democracy Now! reports on the momentous occasion.
