It’s an old bait-and-switch tactic. There’s no shortage of accusations that Coca-Cola is responsible for playing a part in the obesity of those that consume their product. Now, Coca-Cola has funded a research project that aims to point the finger of blame at its consumers. Instead of admitting that its sugary drinks could be responsible for obesity in those that drink them, the study comes to the conclusion that those people being obese is their fault. They are fat because they don’t exercise, not because they drink sodas.
