Fox News host Gretchen Carlson cannot understand how the shooting in Virginia yesterday is not a hate crime. During a segment on Fox, Carlson attempted to coerce guest Paul Viollis into agreeing that the tragic shooting was a hate crime.
Viollis would not play along.
No, Gretchen, it’s not [a hate crime]. This is quintessential workplace violence from the behavior profile of the individual to the actions that he displayed, from the manifesto to the time he was terminated in 2013.
But Carlson refused to be persuaded by reason.
