The Iran Nuclear Accord is a done deal. It ended last night in a procedural vote when the Republican-controlled Senate failed to get the necessary 60 votes to derail the international agreement. As succinctly stated by the Wall Street Journal: “The vote effectively ends a bitter, partisan fight in Congress over the accord, and spares Mr. Obama from the need for a veto to safeguard the deal.”
