Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush recently said that he won’t try to win the black votes by “promising free stuff.” There is so much wrong with this statement. It’s racist and sends a harmful message to all low-income Americans. Larry Wilmore, host of The Nightly Show, lambasted Bush for associating government “free stuff” with black people.
