Last week, President Obama issued an executive order that strengthens the background check program for people wishing to purchase firearms, specifically, it dealt with the gun show loophole that allowed purchases to take place without a check. The corporate media immediately jumped all over Obama’s decision, completely ignoring the fact that most Americans – including gun owners – agree with his actions.
