In a continuation of First Lady Michelle Obama’s evil crusade to inspire healthier lifestyles in American citizens, particularly children, Mrs. Obama took a trip to surprise several gardeners in classrooms and communities and thank them for their hard work.
The First Lady has often been criticized for the work she has done to try to reduce obesity rates in the nation by helping children to learn healthier habits and to eat better. This recent effort to reward children and adults who have a hands-on involvement in their own nutrition is just one action in a long string of advocacy that Mrs. Obama has been a part of.
If you’re a big sap like me, seeing the First Lady sneak up on tiny unsuspecting children to talk to them about their classroom gardens might just almost bring a tear to your eye, especially when a tiny little boy runs to embrace the FLOTUS.
If not, you can at least admire the fact that Michelle is definitely in the top two of the most beautiful FLOTUS’ this nation has ever had. Get it, girl.
