In the wake of Tuesday’s results, it appears that head of the DNC Debbie Wasserman Schultz is content to conclude that Donald Trump will be the Republican nominee despite the fact that there are still many state primaries to go.

With many Republicans clamoring for a contested convention to oust Trump, it is interesting to hear DWS refer to Trump as the “presumptive nominee.” Wasserman Schultz seems almost eager to have Trump as the Republican nominee. Maybe she thinks her own “presumptive nominee” Clinton is more than able to defend the presidency against the violent demagogue?

Debbie Wasserman Schultz should calm down and stop being so eager to see her Democratic choice go head-to-head against Trump, as in many polls, Trump comes out ahead of Clinton.

While any sane and rational candidate hopes that Trump doesn’t make his way to the nomination, the head of the Democratic party is eagerly awaiting the one thing the rest of us are terrified of. What is she thinking?

It would not be the first time that Wasserman Schultz has acted in the interest of her own private connections as she has rigged the Democratic party against Senator Sanders, has rolled back SuperPAC bans instituted by Obama, and is currently lodging an attack against progressive darling Elizabeth Warren’s brainchild.

Maybe the DNC head misspoke, and maybe her comment on Donald Trump was harmless, but history has shown that Wasserman Schultz is more likely than not acting against the interest of the American people. Why would this time be any different?
