During an interview with best friend Donald Trump, Fox News host Bill O’Reilly pushed the candidate on how he would bring up employment rates for low-income, uneducated, minority groups. Of course he didn’t say it quite like that. O’Reilly tends to speak in only sweeping generalizations and racist stereotypes.

“Many of them are ill-educated and with tattoos on their foreheads,” O’Reilly claimed. “I hate to be generalized about it but it’s true.”

Donald Trump said that he would bring jobs back for everyone and even seemed to defend uneducated minorities (or ignored them entirely, you decide) when he said that America has incredible people and that they will learn the skills necessary to do the jobs Trump claims he is bringing back.

It’s a pretty insane supposition from O’Reilly to claim that some minority groups are unfit for any sort of paid labor. I’m not sure where he is seeing these droves of tattooed foreheads, but I tend to believe that it isn’t as major of an issue as O’Reilly makes it out to be.

Throughout the history of the world, but more specifically U.S. history, the majority of workers have been unskilled and working very basic jobs that they were taught while working. To suggest that black Americans are unfit for jobs in America is not just wrong, it’s blatantly racist.

Watch.
