Senate Democrats launched a filibuster on Capitol Hill, hoping to ban gun sales to individuals on terror watch lists. In the aftermath of the Orlando massacre, will we soon see federal legislative action on gun control? On ‘News with Ed,’ Lonnie and Sandy Philips, the parents of Jessica Ghawi, who died in the 2012 Aurora, Colorado movie theater shooting, say that “for the first time in a long time” they are optimistic there will be action on gun control.
