In this Majority Report clip, we discover a new Majority Report star: Rep. Jason Smith (R-Mo.). He is a standout performer right out of the gate, telling us he loves ice cream and asking why there isn’t a tax on that, telling us to do a Google search if we think tanning beds are a problem because guess what—the SUN is actually a bigger problem. Why aren’t we taxing that? Let’s all take a moment to hope together that he doesn’t learn a lesson from the publicity this clip gets and instead takes his self-impressed antics as far as they will go.
