Two groups in Washington, D.C. have joined together to file a lawsuit against Donald Trump and his staffers for allegedly violating the Presidential Records Act. The Act requires that all presidential conversations – memos, statements, etc – be kept public, but the administration’s practice of deleting tweets and using encoded messaging apps is skirting this law.
