This week, sources report that former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is mulling the idea of running for political office once again, this time with the near-sole intention of antagonizing President Trump.

Trump and Schwarzenegger have had an ongoing feud ever since it was announced that Schwarzenegger would be taking over Trump’s hosting duties on “The Celebrity Apprentice.”

Trump struck the first blow when he asked during the National Prayer Breakfast if those in attendance would pray for Schwarzenegger and his terrible show ratings.

Since then, the two have gone back and forth with Trump insulting his replacement’s show ratings while Schwarzenegger urged the POTUS to focus more on his presidential duties.

Last week, Schwarzenegger announced that he would not agree to host another season of the “Apprentice” show because he felt the show had too much “baggage” due to Trump’s association. In response, Trump claimed that Schwarzenegger was not quitting, but was fired (classic).

Now, Schwarzenegger has made it clear that he recognizes his unique ability to rankle the POTUS and is considering turning that skill into another run for office. According to insider sources, this time, Schwarzenegger is considering running for a Senate seat against Sen. Dianne Feinstein (CA-D). If he wins, it will give him a more even playing field while criticizing the POTUS.

Considering how much of a reality TV mess our government has become, the idea of bringing on the Terminator once again – despite his disastrous Governorship – feels like just another day in the nuthouse.
