Millions of American voters were duped during the midterm elections this year – most obviously the Religious Right voters. They had been told that they were voting for Republican candidates who wanted to take America back from the liberal class who were trying to turn America away from the fictitious religious roots that they believe America was founded on. Little did they know that the people behind this effort were billionaire industrialists and CEOs, who have no intention of bringing religion back to America – their only goal is to increase their profits. Mike Papantonio discusses how this all happened with Frank Schaeffer, author of the best-seller, “Crazy for God: How I Grew Up as One of the Elect, Helped Found the Religious Right, and Lived to Take All (or Almost All) of It Back.”
