Rick Santorum, former Republican presidential candidate and sweater-vest enthusiast, recently did an interview with American Family Associate radio host Bryan Fischer in which he said that he thinks “we should start calling secularism a religion, because if we did, then we could ban that too.”
Ignoring both the definition of secularism and the Constitution, Santorum said that taking religion “out of the public square” and “the Bible out of the classroom” doesn’t make things neutral.
