Footage obtained by CBS 6 out of Richmond, Virginia shows four workers at a Christian boarding school in Caroline County beating a 14-year-old student. The boy can be seen attempting to run away from his attackers, but they manage to catch him and continue the beating.
According to the Free-Lance Star out of Fredicksburg, the four attackers plead guilty to misdemeanor assault earlier this week and received 12-month suspended sentences.
The boy said the beating, along with other forms of punishment like being awoken every 90-minutes during the night, were a result of the child “talking to a girl,” which was against the rules.
