Bill Maher is coming back for his 13th season of Real Time with Bill Maher. In the ramp up to the new season, Maher made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel and the hosts discussed the tragic events in Paris yesterday in which 12 people were killed at the offices of the satirical publication Charlie Hebdo.
