Joseph Morrissey won re-election to Virginia’s House of Delegates this week — while in his jail cell.
Morrissey, 57, pleaded guilty last month to a misdemeanor charge to avoid a possible felony conviction over a sexual relationship with his 17-year-old secretary, who is now pregnant.
