In much the same way that big rats will kill smaller mice to gain control of the last bit of cheese in a cage, the big rats in America are after that last bit of cheese, in an empire they have helped destroy. The big rats help perpetrate that big lie about American exceptionalism, and America the super power, in hopes that no one will recognize the truth; in hopes the rest of us will remain blind to what is, in real life, occurring all around us.
