Not all police officers are bad, but the bad ones are really terrible. When bad police officers aren’t killing with impunity, they are engaging in and perpetuating human trafficking and child abuse. Jessa Dillow-Crisp is a survivor of such tragedies and has now become the outspoken face of human trafficking victims in America. She recounted a time when her abuser was a cop.

There was gang raping. The police officer who handcuffed me and raped me, told me I would be put in jail if I opened my voice [sic]. I had somebody very close to me tortured and she eventually died in front of my eyes. This stuff happens and I’m here to tell you the reality of its existence.

Sometimes, those who are sworn to protect and serve are just as filthy as the people they are paid to arrest.
