A pastor from Honesdale, Pennsylvania has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for sexual acts with an underage male. The series of events took place over the course of more than a decade. The former-pastor, Norman “Ted” Faux, was HIV-positive throughout and his victim was completely unaware.
“He’s a despicable felon. He’s one of the most manipulative defendants that I’ve ever dealt with,” said Assistant District Attorney Pat Robinson.
