Marco Rubio has had it with the Senate; he absolutely hates it. He hates the rules, he hates the process, he hates his co-workers. But this is a job that voters in Florida selected him to do, and if he isn’t willing to do it, then he needs to submit his resignation so we can elect someone that doesn’t mind a little bit of hard work.
