Armstrong Williams, Dr. Ben Carson’s business partner and adviser, has been increasingly in the spotlight trying to explain away blunder after blunder from the Good Doctor.

Most recent on the list is Carson’s complete lack of foreign policy knowledge, as illustrated by his refusal to list America’s allies and indicating at last week’s debate that China is involved in Syria.

The response from Williams comes after the release of a New York Times article which consulted with Carson’s top foreign policy adviser, Duane Clarridge, who said that “nobody has been able to sit down with him and have him get one iota of intelligent information about the Middle East.”
