While CNN tries to make the case that Muslims as a whole are responsible for the sort of actions that took place in Paris last week, Reza Aslan has no patience for it. During his interview with CNN, Aslan repeatedly refuses to accept the broad and sweeping generalizations that the hosts continue to make claiming that the religion of Islam has a problem with violence.
Aslan goes so far as to beg the hosts to stop making “stupid” and “bigoted” points so that they can potentially have a substantial or meaningful discussion of the real problems and dangers that exist.
