Several years ago, the US Supreme Court granted a level of immunity to generic drug makers. Recently, the Court heard arguments on a case that would extend that immunity. The Obama administration has signaled that they will actually SUPPORT this immunity, and Ring of Fire’s Mike Papantonio recently spoke with attorneys Howard Nations and Michael Burg about this decision.
