The DNC Platform Committee met last week to discuss some issues to include in the Party’s official platform for 2016, and every progressive measure put forth by Bernie’s surrogates on the committee was voted down by the pro-corporate, anti-populist surrogates of Hillary Clinton. No $15 an hour minimum wage, maybe to the TPP, and a big FU to the progressive wing of the Democratic Party. Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins discusses this.
