The president is talking with Republicans, but analysts say Obama’s bigger problem is not Republicans, but moderate and conservative Democrats — Blue Dogs — in swing districts who are at risk in the mid-term elections in November. They are, as a group, running scared after the Massachusetts Senate race and are now more concerned about saving their own jobs than saving the President’s 2010 agenda.
