Since Duterte – who calls himself the Phillipino Donald Trump – took office in July – 3,600 people have been murdered in a wave of vigilante killings that the Phillppine president has apparently fully endorsed. Duterte has even gone so far as to positively compare the violence to the Holocaust – saying, “Hitler massacred 3 million Jews … there’s 3 million drug addicts I’d be happy to slaughter them.”
