In this clip, Paul Ryan refuses to answer Jake Tapper’s question about what Ryan forsees for women’s health care if (when) Obamacare is repealed. Ryan doesn’t want to speculate on “details of legislation that hasn’t been written,” but really he just doesn’t want to admit that HE WANTS TO GUT THE WHOLE THING FOR GAWD’S SAKE, YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING, OF COURSE HE WANTS TO TAKE AWAY ACCESS TO BIRTH CONTROL.
