Will Having Bill on the Campaign Trail Hurt or Help Hillary?

Hillary has just dropped the news that her self-proclaimed “not-so-secret weapon” Bill Clinton will be joining her during campaign events in New Hampshire beginning in the New Year. A coveted democratic surrogate with a high favorability rating, Hillary is hoping that her husband will excite the voters and support her in the struggle for the democratic nomination. Considering his effectiveness in Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign, it’s easy to see why Hillary is relying on Bill’s charisma on the campaign trail, but not everyone agrees he’s an asset. GOP frontrunner Donald Trump decided he would address her announcement, and with...

Not One of the Insane RW Religious Prophecies for 2015 was Accurate

As the end of 2015 draws near, some right-wing fear mongers have only days to see their wild religious prophecies come to fruition. While they warned the world of inevitable economic collapse, extreme natural disasters, and Illuminati level political conspiracy under the command of President Obama, it’s beginning to look like we will be welcoming the New Year without experiencing a single doomsday. “Aggressive” Bush to Trump – “I Will Challenge You To a Debate”

Jeb Bush has been told he must appear tough to help climb in the polls. The best he could do was challenge frontrunner Donald Trump to a one-on-one debate. “Donald, I’ll take you on one-on-one in a debate, any time, any place,” boasted Bush after being asked what he’d like to say to the “chaos candidate” if he were to walk into the room at that moment. Tough talk, Jeb. This proclamation by Bush follows his recent increase in anti-Trump talk seen throughout the GOP media coverage. In attempting to display his new (and fake) aggressive personality, Jeb’s threat...

Addressing Aging Population, China to Allow Parents to Have Two Children: Still Too Restrictive

China’s lawmakers have rubberstamped new legislation, replacing the ill-fated one-child policy and allowing families to now have two children beginning January of 2016. The controversial policy being replaced was first implemented in the 1970’s to curb population growth and has been the cause of mandated abortions, sterilizations, and even infanticides in the years since. The Communist Party leaders released the news of the revised law in October, claiming that it would address the national concerns over “an aging population” in China. Though some may see this change as a step forward, Amnesty International stated that a small alteration to...
