Corp Media Can’t Tell the Difference Between a Babbling Moron and a Serious Candidate

Why does it seem that more and more mainstream media time is being taken up by the most radical and insane talk? It’s because the “journalists” who are supposed to act as the gatekeepers regulating the flow of such insanity are just merely reproducing the information that is being fed to them, rather than criticizing it or putting it under scrutiny. Paul Rosenberg at Salon explains: In their 2012 book, “It’s Even Worse Than it Looks: How the American Constitutional System Collided With the New Politics of Extremism,” THomas Mann and Norm Ornstein argued that America’s political dysfunction had two...

Feds Spend Billions to Destroy Marijuana: No Effort to Stop Wall Street Thugs

On Friday, a group of undercover federal agents entered into Menominee Indian Tribal lands in Wisconsin and proceeded to destroy approximately 30,000 marijuana plants. The Federal Government would rather spend billions in destroying a harmless plant through sweeping, invasive police maneuvers and, yet, Wall Street thugs who do way more damage to people in this country go untouched by the law. The Washington Post reported that Bush’s campaign has entered into a “death spiral” and Bush responded dismissively when he was asked about that assessment. “Blah, blah, blah,” said Bush. “That’s my answer — blah, blah, blah.” Bush said that current polling doesn’t matter to him much because the party will not make its selection until February and...

Iowa Deserves Ben Carson: America’s Newest Freakville

According to a new poll from Bloomberg Politics this week, Ben Carson now leads Donald Trump in the early voting state of Iowa. The reasons behind the climb seem completely insane though. As Bloomberg reports: Evangelical Christians, who represent 42 percent of likely Republican caucus participants in the poll, appear to be aligning behind Carson. He received support from a third of that group, up from 21 percent in August, when he only narrowly led Trump with that key segment. […] Carson’s rise has also been fueled by gains with Tea Party supporters. Among those who consider themselves part of the...
