John McCain Confused & Rambling During Comey Questioning

In the latter portion of the Senate hearing surrounding Former FBI Director James Comey, significant attention was diverted from the issue at hand when Senator John McCain began his questioning and appeared, by most accounts, to be close to incoherent. McCain rambled and mumbled, appearing to confuse two separate investigations that Comey was involved in during his line of questioning. Huckabee Sanders: “I can definitely say the president is not a liar and frankly I’m insulted by that question”

Responding to the ongoing testimony by Former FBI Director James Comey, Deputy White House Spokesperson Sarah Huckabee Sanders took exception to Comey’s repeated claim that Trump was a liar. Paul Ryan Defends Trump’s Demand for Loyalty: “He’s Just New to This”

Playing the part of the spineless doormat, Speaker of the House Paul Ryan has already weighed in on the testimony ongoing in the Senate by former FBI Director James Comey and defended Donald Trump. One of the most shocking elements of Comey’s testimony was the repeated suggestion that Trump disrespected and attempted to overstep the necessary separation between the presidency and the FBI. While some tried to claim that Trump’s demand for Comey’s loyalty was a good thing, most recognize, as Comey outlined, the importance of having an FBI director who is not friends with the man he may...

But unlike many of her male colleagues, Harris’s attempt at taking a hard line and demanding direct answers was met not with compliance, but with defiance. Again and again during her questioning of the men under oath, Harris was chastised for speaking over and interrupting the...

Comey Accuses POTUS of Lying In Opening Statement of Testimony

During his preliminary remarks, former FBI Director James Comey accused the President of the United States, under oath, of being a liar. The accusation came in response to the President’s accusations against the FBI of being disorganized and poorly led. The accusations were made by the president in the wake of his firing of Comey, in order to try and defend his decision. At the time, Trump said that many in the FBI were glad for the leadership switch-up, an assertion which Comey vehemently disagrees. Comey noted that the President’s choice to defame him and the organization he was...
