Dish Network Must Pay $280 Million For Robocalling Numbers on the Do Not Call Registry

National satellite provider Dish Network must pay out a record $280 million for violating the federal Do Not Call registry. In a rare victory to consumers, Dish is being ordered to pay $280 million to compensate customers for repeated calls despite being registered on a Do Not Call list. Now, the ongoing eight-year legal battle is coming to an end. Dish was found guilty by the FTC for repeatedly violating the Do Not Call registry by using an automated robocall system. Ahead of Russia Investigation, Trump Approval Rating Reaches New Low

Four and a half months into Trump’s presidency, his approval rating has once again reached a new low. Down one point since the last of such polls, Trump’s approval rating has now reached just 34 percent. Meanwhile, 57 percent of respondents said they disapproved of the job Trump is doing. That is according to a Quinnipiac Poll which recorded responses from 1,361 registered voters.
